Hello everyone,

A few months ago I sent out an invite, asking for a reply about forming a metal detecting association for our State.

I thought it would be a good idea to make up some paperwork about the proposal, and it turned into 6 documents. These documents are as follows:

Why we need to form a state association
State Metal Detecting Association Formation
List of Possible Names for Association
Community Service
State Volunteer Organizations
Starting a Metal Detecting Association Website

Please read them and maybe it will clarify what I am proposing.
I have put a lot of thought and effort into this project. I hope you will take a little time and read everything over.
